Free Site Accommodation Hire for Sports Clubs and Charities

We understand the ongoing challenges community organisations face when managing limited resources, tight budgets, and a growing need for space. Whether you’re a local charity storing donated goods, a grassroots sports club looking for a secure place to keep your kit, or a community group in need of extra facilities, our latest initiative is here to help.

As part of our commitment to supporting those who support others, Freight is offering six months of free site accommodation to eligible charities and community clubs. After the initial period, you can continue using the space at a guaranteed lifetime rate of just R80 per week, with no price increases. It’s our way of helping you plan for the future without the stress of rising costs.
 
To apply, you’ll need to fill out our online application form with the following details:

  • Charity or club name
  • Charity or business number
  • Delivery postcode
  • A brief explanation of how this offer would benefit your charity or club

We understand that managing resources can be a real challenge for these organisations and we want to help. That’s why we’re proud to launch this initiative, offering six months of free site accommodation and long-term, affordable options. It’s our way of giving back to the organisations that give so much, enabling them to continue their great work and keep making a difference.

Our site accommodation and storage solutions are flexible and designed to meet a wide range of practical needs. Whether you require additional changing rooms, a dedicated canteen area, or on-site office space, we have these options available to suit your organisation’s unique requirements.

Please note the following terms & conditions:

  • Site accommodation unit will be R80 a week following 6 month free hire period
  • 20ft store is R60 a week with no free hire period
  • No price increases will be applied to hire rate
  • Delivery and collection are paid upfront (from R200 per unit)
  • Delivery locations must be suitable for access by an articulated truck (unfortunately, we cannot deliver on grass or to unsuitable areas)
  • You must have a charity or business number to apply
  • Units will not come with power, power and other utilities must be supplied by customer if required for use of the unit. Speak to us about power supply if you need power to the unit(s).
  • Apply now to be considered – an application form is required for eligibility

All applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be notified.

The closing date for applications is Friday 30th May 2025.
